I would like express
our appreciation for the work performed by Alfred Ayache
for Audience Relations.
As you know, the
Audience Relations officers had been waiting for a new
system for months. Alfred solved their problem in about
two weeks. He listened to us, pinpointed our needs,
gave us advice, fit our project into his schedule, and
always made himself available for discussion.
The Audience Relations
officers are very pleased with the efficiency of the
new system and with the format that Alfred devised for
