Alfred Ayache has been employed as a professional services contract resource by the Information Systems Development Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Finance since July, 1993.

During this period, Alfred has performed in the role of a personal computing Analyst/Programmer in the development of a complex Clipper application. In this position, he has been required to interact with fellow systems resources as well as client personnel and he has shown himself to be a reliable individual who is conscientious and dedicated to delivering a quality product.

The project in question has been a difficult one as client resources have been at a premium. This has led to delays in obtaining direction and requirements from the user. Through it all, Alfred has indicated a strong desire to do a good job and give value for cost.

His technical knowledge is strong and he does not hesitate to offer suggestions which assist the Information Systems Development Branch to deliver suitable solutions to meet business requirements.

On a personal front, Alfred has fit in well with other members of the development team which consists of permanent and other contract staff and he is considerate of the needs and feelings of others.

Alfred has been a valuable asset to the development team and I have no hesitation in stating that, if the opportunity affords itself, the branch would contract for his services again in the future.
